Originally created in response to a demand from our existing customer base, Transam are now able
to offer a service to other users who feel that perhaps it would benefit
them.

approval, we can undertake an exercise to check your existing licence
details as held by Symantec following its recent merger with Veritas (and
before that, KVS). Recent experience tells us that this information has not
always been correctly moved across to the database used by Symantec’s

Transam has direct lines of
communication with both Veritas and Symantec and these have already allowed
us to resolve discrepancies and produce accurate renewal quotes for our end
users, all in good time before the expiry of their existing agreements.
Is there a cost for this
service? No, you order your renewal through Transam and it will cost no
more than doing it directly. You will receive all the usual Technical
Services Support Certificates from Veritas and your support will continue to
be supplied as it always has. We will simply save you all the time and
trouble of getting to the position where an accurate renewal quotation can
be produced for your Enterprise Vault
TM environment.
